A Note from Jim - The Guy in Charge…
Hi. You may have recently visited and saw the note about a reboot coming. October 1. Which was like a month and some change ago. Thats our bad. I WAS hoping to have the new plans and deals up by then but it just didn’t happen. So…I’m still suspending new orders for the moment, and hope to have the new plans up and running by the end of the week.
What does this mean for current clients?
For the time being? Business as usual. However, once the new plans launch, if there is a plan that is similar in price, but has better features, you’ll automatically be upgraded to that plan. If the plans turn out to be a massive change, well, you’ll hear from me personally to discuss what you would like to do moving forward. Actually, either way, you’ll be hearing from me. I’m going to try to touch base with ALL of our clients in the next few weeks to see how things are going and if there is anything that we can do for you. We’ve kinda lost focus on that lately, but I want to fix that. This also means fixing any billing issues, and working out getting customers ‘caught up’.
